What’s included
Sleeping arrangements: sleeps 7, (1) queen size bed, full size bunk beds, and a table that clasps into a bed.
Kitchen details: microwave, oven, stove-top burners, fridge and freezer, cookware, utensils, mini coffee maker, toaster, plates, bowls, cups, cleaning supplies
Bathroom facilities: Bathroom includes shower w/ shower curtain, tub, toilet, sink with mirror, and some RV rated toilet paper
Outdoor features: awning, a pair of speakers for entertainment, led lights, outlets, shower-head hose to rinse off
Amenities included: fitted sheet for queen size bed, space heater, fan, broom with dust pan, curtain for privacy over queen bed, TV with remote, DVD player and a few DVD's, AC, and a heater
Special features: Generator ( will only come with trailer if paid as an extra)
Rental Policy: Travel trailer must be returned in the same condition when picked up/dropped off otherwise an excessive cleaning fee with be charged.

Things to know
Awning is to be use during warm/hot weather. If windy please roll-up. Generator is to be added as an extra expense and will charged per night with unlimited hours. Renter must provide gas for generator. Dumping waster is to be added as an extra fee. Both tanks (black & gray) must be emptied when returned. Delivery is optional. Price depends on location and only up to 100 miles. Message me for Delivering price. Pets are welcome with a standard fee. When Dry Camping, PLEASE KEEP DOOR OF TRAILER CLOSED. Also, if you should run out of toilet paper please use RV rated toilet paper.
